Healthy life:
Sometimes the people forget the health in their lives
but it´s a very important always keep in mind. For this reason we have to take
a life style, for example eat fruits, vegetables, and other one.
The fruits are the best food to eat in the morning
because contains protein and sugar good for the body also helps to prevent
diseases. Also eat bread in small amounts and with healthy accompaniments will
help us lead a balanced diet, fat free and necessary for the proper functioning
of the body, which is healthy.
Every people know that junk food is bad for the health
but eat a lot of French fries, hamburgers, pizza and hot dogs, however eat this
is good but if you eat little and measure we don´t have any problem. Sometimes
we can eat junk food but compliment them with exercise weekly.
If we eat fruit and vegetables and do exercise two or
three days a week, we can feel better and do more things on the day. Also
exercise helps to have a better heart.
Sometimes people say it's very difficult to exercise
but really only do thirty minutes of exercise help to prevent diseases and have
more energy. Also go to the doctor periodically to help diagnose diseases early
and to treat them before it's way too late.
Often combined with healthy lifestyles time for yourself
and try not to have a lot of stress helps to prolong life and to enjoy it to
the fullest. The benefits of being a healthy person are much greater than the
consequences if we are not careful in our foods, diet, exercise and habits,
things will be worse if we don`t take care of it.
