The culture general is important because helps understand the world and everything what we do. Some examples of culture general are music, pictures, sculpture, architecture, history, philosophy and some others things of which we can learn and we can take advantage to improve our knowledge and try to improve our lives and become better. Compare different views on the same cultural aspect give the ability to create our own eyes; we studied only one point of view we do not have an objective view of the topic understudy. Also in our students take requires us to have a general culture but when we leave this period where we turn it into a hobby.

Every professional should know culture general, also the know ledge each discipline also for which was prepared for years, should a additionally have enough general knowledge to enable it to cope with sufficient solvency issues different from his career, which more than necessary to meet the demands that life presents, satisfaction is invaluable for the spirit. No matter the professional Engineer, architect, doctor, nurse, lawyers, and all citizens in general should have the natural obligation to acquire know led generated to topics of general culture.

Some countries are concerned because a lot of professionals know about their careers but not about culture general, this is worrying because forget history and important things of the past and present, for example the name of some cities of their country or some literary theme. No matter you are professional or not, but is your responsibility to read and learn about common culture and things that are at our hand.

General know ledge helps us to cope with what we live, especially when playing experiences extremes of emotions and feelings. The joy, pain, sadness, happiness, and life situations are experienced differently when the fact itself adds a reference from someone who has a similar transmitted by means of literature and the arts. The passage of time has been lagging behind much of the know ledge that deserve to be labeled as cultural. Thus, the history, the art, in all its manifestations, history of great ideas has always been the most representative of what is meant by culture exponents. In general, all that know ledge which brings us to the work of the human being that has stood the test of time can be considered culture.

It is therefore important and necessary to constant lifted our general know ledge through reading works of different nature, respect for our history, participation in cultural events. On the other hand some advantages that shoulder courageous to buy more culture, but culture has advantages ignorance must have major drawbacks. Indeed, the greatest of all is that the importance of culture can hardly be understood from ignorance. Everyone says it is good to know, but not everyone really understands.

Sometimes the people forget the health in their lives but it´s a very important always keep in mind. For this reason we have to take a life style, for example eat fruits, vegetables, and other one.

The fruits are the best food to eat in the morning because contains protein and sugar good for the body also helps to prevent diseases. Also eat bread in small amounts and with healthy accompaniments will help us lead a balanced diet, fat free and necessary for the proper functioning of the body, which is healthy.

 

Every people know that junk food is bad for the health but eat a lot of French fries, hamburgers, pizza and hot dogs, however eat this is good but if you eat little and measure we don´t have any problem. Sometimes we can eat junk food but compliment them with exercise weekly.

If we eat fruit and vegetables and do exercise two or three days a week, we can feel better and do more things on the day. Also exercise helps to have a better heart. 

 

Sometimes people say it's very difficult to exercise but really only do thirty minutes of exercise help to prevent diseases and have more energy. Also go to the doctor periodically to help diagnose diseases early and to treat them before it's way too late.

Often combined with healthy lifestyles time for yourself and try not to have a lot of stress helps to prolong life and to enjoy it to the fullest. The benefits of being a healthy person are much greater than the consequences if we are not careful in our foods, diet, exercise and habits, things will be worse if we don`t take care of it.
